Rob Freeman has been appointed CEO of Anglican Retirement Villages. He follows a very similar career path to outgoing CEO Ken Barber, who reshaped ARV as a $1 billion village and aged care developer – all concentrated in the Diocese of Sydney. Freeman leaves the position of Managing Director of publicly listed Capral Limited, which is an industrial steel company with a $500 million turnover. Like Ken Barber, he was previously a Chartered Accountant; Freeman was NSW Managing Partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
