Australian Property Custodian Holdings (APCH), the responsible entity for Prime Retirement and Aged Care Property Trust (Prime Trust) announced some changes at board level this week. Philip Powell, former CEO and MD of APCH has resigned, Neil Rodaway has been appointed as acting CEO of APCH and Peter Clarke, former executive director of APCH has resigned and will leave APCH at the end of August.
