RSL LifeCare appoints new CEO
The Board of the Not For Profit has announced the appointment of Drew Pearce as its new boss, effective immediately.

Drew has served as Interim CEO since January 2026 and, prior to this, spent six years as RSL LifeCare’s Chief Financial Officer.
He replaces Janet Muir who resigned in January after almost three-and-a-half years in the role.
“Throughout the selection process, Drew demonstrated strong alignment with RSL LifeCare’s values and a clear vision for the future, including a focus on external partnerships, care for veterans and senior residents, and building strong teams through transparent leadership,” said RSL LifeCare.
Chair of the Board, Sangeeta Venkatesan, said: “Drew has a deep understanding of RSL LifeCare and a strong commitment to our purpose. The Board was impressed by his focus on partnership, his care for veterans and seniors, and his ability to lead with clarity through a period of change.”
RSL LifeCare currently has a $77 million senior housing plan for Wollstonecraft in north Sydney lodged with the NSW Government, and is also planning a redevelopment of its 86-year-old flagship ANZAC Village on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The organisation operates 27 retirement villages and 29 aged care homes across NSW and the ACT.
