Why Altura Learning launched a new global website
- Single destination: Combines courses, compliance tools and membership packages
- Online purchasing: View pricing and purchase courses through the website
- AI guidance: Digital concierge Pearl helps users
- Compliance focus: Helps providers with increasing regulatory requirements
The aged care training provider has brought together its full course of library, compliance tools and membership packages into a single digital presence.
Altura Learning, which is owned by Australia’s largest independent Not For Profit aged care provider, Bolton Clarke, has been planning, building and refining the site for months, with the aim of removing the friction between finding the right training and putting it into action.
The website – www.alturalearning.com – makes it easier for providers to explore the learning options, understand the solutions, and get started.
From the new website, providers can now:
- access Altura Learning’s 300+ evidence-based courses more easily;
- view pricing and purchase online – the first time this option has been available for Altura Learning users;
- create an account and start learning online, and
- access a complimentary trial.
Penny Anguita, Head of Marketing and Product at Altura Learning, said the relaunch reflects both the scale that the organisation has reached and the expectations of a sector under increasing regulatory pressure.
“We designed the new site to make it simpler for providers to navigate what’s available, understand what’s right for their team and get started quickly. In a sector where time is always short, that matters,” she said.
The recent aged care reforms have fundamentally changed what providers need to demonstrate, not just in documentation, but in the day-to-day capability of their workforce, Anguita said.
“Every decision behind the new site came back to one question: how do we make it as straightforward as possible for organisations to find what they need and act on it quickly.”
A digital concierge has also been developed to help guide users through the new site and the free trial experience, Pearl, which brings a conversational, human element to the experience.
“People in aged care are stretched for time,” Anguita said. “Pearl means they can simply ask for what they need and be guided straight to it.”
Altura Learning supports more than 175,000 learners globally across aged care and social care with practical, evidence-based learning. With over 20 years of experience and a library of more than 300 courses, Altura partners with more than 400 organisations worldwide.
The new website is now live.
