Becton: vote to replace funds Responsible Entity

Becton’s unitholders have voted to replace Becton Property Group subsidiary, Lachlan REIT with the Over Fifty Group owned Century Funds Management to manage two of their funds. The two Becton funds have a current aggregate value of about $220m. The Over Fifty Group has $1.7b total funds under management and 110,000 clients.
