Building on its established database of the makeup of all retirement villages across Australia, Jones Lang LaSalle, led by Noral Rich, has announced an expansion of information collected. New information will include the penetration of community care packages, the effect of certain regulations on village budgets and new industry growth. JLL has entered a formal partnership with the Retirement Living Council to make the research available to support sector advocacy.
