Metlifecare is the second New Zealand village and care operator to list on the Australian Stock Exchange this year, following Summerset. It is already listed on the New Zealand stock exchange. Its Chairman, Peter Brown, says they have no plans to expand operationally into Australia. By listing here they are seeking additional access to investors. They made just one share available on the Australian ASX at the outset.
