Nobody is better placed to gauge the increased life span the modern village offers than Aveo, having hard data and a large resident population to refer to. Hidden in Aveos investor stats is the following fascinating chart:

The average male life expectancy is 79 and female is 84. Aveo figures tell us that people live at least 6% longer in a village! This is all the more remarkable when you consider the McCrindle Research that shows the major driver for people to join a village is poor health.
