Eligible customers will be able to save up to 80% of the normal price of their device – capped at a maximum of $300 – but this offer support is limited – they must order an eligible new unmonitored medical alarm from CareAlert or The INS Group.
Under the NBN roll-out, most existing fixed-line phone and internet services are being replaced so customers with unmonitored alarms may need to upgrade so they can still dial out in case of a power outage.
INS Managing Director Claude Rafin tells us that they have two upgrade options available, both including their patented LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler and a wrist or pendant transmitter.
The first allows customers to try their professional monitoring for free for three months, while the other self-monitoring option provide a free SIM card for one month.
A good reason to reach out to residents and show that you are looking out for them.
