Land lease operator Ingenia Communities has increased its footprint in the NSW Hunter region by buying Emerald Tiki Village, a caravan park and camping holiday park, at Anna Bay, Port Stephens.

The site has been acquired with approved Council consent for a change of use to long-term sites only.

“We will be developing our longer-term plans for the site in coming months and will be discussing those with members of the Tiki Village community, Council and other stakeholders,”
said community manager Felicity Hamilton, who has worked at Ingenia’s lifestyle community Latitude One, (photo right) which is also on Nelson Bay Rd, Anna Bay, since 2018.

In addition to Latitude One, Ingenia’s owns tourist holiday parks at Middle Rock, One Mile Beach and Soldiers Point, Port Stephens. Ingenia is also proposing to build a new 117-home, over 55s lifestyle community at Bobs Farm.
