Their solution in part is easy residency for Live-in caregivers. They are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities in private homes without supervision. Live-in caregivers must live in the private home where they work in Canada.
They can automatically apply for permanent residency after 24 months of authorised full-time employment (being 3,900 hours), all within four years of arriving in Canada.
