Adventist Care is set to unveil 65 new independent living apartments as part of Horizon, the second stage of the Not For Profit’s Rossmoyne Waters redevelopment in Perth’s southern suburbs.

The new development complements stage one, Australis, which features 86 retirement living apartments over seven storeys.

The official launch will be held on Sunday, 27 July, and will also mark the opening of Arrana, a new residential aged care facility replacing the former Sherwin Lodge on site.

Adventist Care CEO Gary Blagden said Rossmoyne Waters offers a continuum of care with residents supported through retirement living, home care services and full-time residential care.  

Planning is already underway for the third and final stage of the redevelopment, which will include another multistorey apartment building with 'self-care retirement living'.
