First stage of Reside Communities’ $200M Fairway Carindale, Brisbane, unveiled

The first stage of the development at Brisbane's Pacific Golf Club features 52 luxury apartments alongside a new restaurant, bar and café, virtual reality golf simulator,18-hole putt putt course. 

A number of apartments remain for sale in the first stage, starting at $610,000 for a one-bedroom residence, and up to $1.015 million for 3-bedroom apartments on the upper levels. The community’s most luxurious $2.5 million penthouse series has sold.     

The project repurposes 1.5ha of the club’s open space and will deliver a further 125 apartments and resident-exclusive amenities including a gym, indoor heated pool, external dining and entertainment areas, BBQ facilities, and recreational platform overlooking the golf course.
