Grand opening of Living Choice Flagstaff Hill retirement village set for tomorrow

1 min read

South Australia’s first integrated golf course and retirement community will officially open tomorrow (Saturday 28 June), with the launch of The Summit and The Fairway apartment buildings, and the unveiling of the newly rebuilt Flagstaff Hill Golf Club, just 16km from Adelaide’s CBD.

Nat Cook, the State Minister for Human Services and Minister for Seniors and Ageing Well, will officiate the proceedings.

Living Choice Flagstaff Hill has 59 luxury apartments – 21 in The Summit and 38 in The Fairway – designed by the company's in-house architectural team.

Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a magnesium indoor pool, consulting and wellness rooms, a cinema, and a fully equipped gymnasium.

"As South Australians we are especially proud of this development. It brings new facilities to the Flagstaff Hill region that will improve the lives of everyone, not just residents of the new apartments," said Living Choice co-owner Ian Tregoning.

The new Golf Club features a restaurant and bar, golf simulators, mini golf, and indoor and outdoor areas, providing social and leisure options for residents, club members, and visitors.
