DCM Institute’s annual event for village professionals commenced in Perth on Tuesday and continued on to Adelaide yesterday. There was a shared sense of optimism and excitement for the seniors living sector as leaders and executives shared their vision for the future.
Inspiration Becomes A Reality
Australia’s leading motivational speaker, Matt Church (pictured above), was live and in person both cities – as he will be for upcoming dates in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
“Village professionals are not simply custodians of property,” Matt said in his presentation which spoke to above the line leadership.
Matt went on to challenge the those in attendance to open their minds in order to be prepared for the opportunities that the sector presents us in the decade to come.
