Cheers! Vivacity’s 514-home Natrium Coral Cove land lease community in Bundaberg to feature a tavern

1 min read

Vivacity Property has received approval from Bundaberg Regional Council for its latest land lease community, Natrium Coral Cove – a 514-home project set against the southern Great Barrier Reef that will include its own tavern.

The 41ha site, a former quarry, will be developed over nine stages with optional RV parking and a permanent water feature anchoring the village. Stage 1 will deliver 100 homes from Coral Cove Drive.

Facilities will be spread across three hubs – recreation, activities and entertainment. Alongside the tavern, plans include a cinema, bowling green, gym, pickleball courts, café, pool and a rooftop-style clubhouse with dining, bar and games spaces.

Vivacity says Natrium Coral Cove is designed to “redefine what retirement living looks like”, with lifestyle and social connection at its core.

The project adds to Bundaberg’s growing land lease pipeline, with a 301-home manufactured housing estate at Innes Park also before council.

Lodged by Millbray Development Pty Ltd (care of Saunders Havill Group), the development will sit on 10.12ha and include 62 three-bedroom and 239 two-bedroom homes. An existing lake will be integrated into the estate’s environmental management strategy.
