The second largest continuum of care operator in New Zealand is on track with its first village in Australia: Summerset Cranbourne North, 39km south-east of Melbourne's CBD, will build 10 two- to three-bedroom villas, with the first ready “just before Christmas”.
Stewart Scott (pictured), Summerset Group’s General Manager Development Australia, said the demand for the villas, cottages, serviced apartments, and suites has been “particularly positive and encouraging for us”.
He said the two-storey townhouses will be built and ready in April next year, weather-permitting.
Summerset Group has seven sites in and around Melbourne, with planning approval for its second in Chirnside Park, 38km northeast of Melbourne’s CBD.
