1 min read

After 30 years of owning and operating residential aged care homes with Pathways Residences, Graeme Skerritt’s decision to launch Amara Residences is being rewarded.

More than 30 of the 92 two- and three-bedroom apartments in Amara by Pathways at Lane Cove, 9km northwest of Sydney’s CBD, have sold in just over four months.

One of the penthouses, spanning 293msq, achieved an impressive sale price of over $6,550,000, while the other, measuring 242msq, fetched $5,950,000. Another couple have bought two three- bedroom apartments (both with studies) on Level 5 that they are amalgamating into a sub penthouse valued at just shy of $7 million.

"After over 30 years of owning and operating Pathways Residences, venturing into luxury senior living is a natural progression for us. Amara Residences embodies our commitment to delivering a quality environment and a lifestyle where seniors can truly thrive and feel proud to call home," said Graeme, Founder and Managing Director of Pathways and Amara.

Like his aged care homes, Amara Residences is highly spec’ed with facilities and attractive running costs.
