Plans for $54M age-in-place village expansion of RFBI Dubbo Masonic Village lodged

RFBI Dubbo Masonic Village in NSW’s Central West, plans to build 164 retirement living units plus a community centre to complement its 70-bed residential aged care facility opened in 2017.

Among the new units would be 18 stand-alone three-bedroom units, 66 two-bedroom duplexes and 80 three-bedroom duplexes. All units would be single-storey and complete with two bathrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, a laundry, garage and private patio.

If approved, the ambitious development will be split across 18 stages starting with the construction of three units, to be used as a display village for marketing and sales purposes.
