Pontoons for boaters: Palm Lake Resort's commitment to enhanced living experiences hits new heights

The land lease lifestyle resort operator led by Work Civils Manager, Matt Eddy, has completed the first stage of a project that gives Palm Lake Resort Forster Lakes an innovative marketing tool.

It has introduced a 12m x 5m pontoon on the northern side of the resort's Wallis Lake inlet.

The next phase will expand its aquatic offerings with a kayak-launching system and a floating dock equipped with a 40 horsepower Quintrex Fishabout for homeowner hire, ensuring year-round access to a variety of watercraft.

Palm Lake Resort Forster Lakes, which will total 356 Florida Keys-inspired three-bedroom homes, has already won a Master Builders Assocation NSW award for its Belleair Country Club for best new sporting facility $20 Million.

In addition, Palm Lake Resort Project Coordinator Jessica Rissman said there is considerable progress in newly planted vegetation areas of the resort, with independent ecologists noting the success of ongoing reforestation efforts.

Palm Lake Resort Forster Lakes is due to be completed in December 2024.
