The Queensland retirement living operator, which has perfected multi-million dollar vertical living apartments, is expanding a village it bought from Live Life in March 2024 to surpass 1,000 homes.
66 architecturally designed villas and a new luxury clubhouse will be built at Maleny Grove in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland as CEO Glen Brown seeks a new level of comfort, connection, and amenity.
At the centre of the plans is The Lodge – a vibrant new community hub designed to support health, wellbeing, and social interaction. Residents will have exclusive access to premium facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, on-site café, library, and hair and beauty salon.
“We know how important it is for people to feel at home, connected, and supported in a community that values independence, wellbeing, and choice. That’s exactly what Maleny Grove delivers, and this next chapter takes that offering to a whole new level,” Glen said.
Set on 5.7ha of lush gardens and landscaped grounds, Maleny Grove has both local and inter-state retirees.
“With this expansion, we have a unique opportunity to elevate the quality of living options available and deliver a community that truly reflects the expectations of today’s retirees," added Glen.
The expansion is planned to complete in 2027.
