The new Events Centre – the village’s second community hub – features a 25-metre inground swimming pool.

On completion of its fourth stage in December 2025, Palmwoods Garden Village will offer 176 independent living units, each with private patios and courtyards.

In addition, residents will have access to its co-located aged care home, the 76-bed Sundale Palmwoods Care Centre, and Sundale In-Home Care services.

"At Sundale, we believe the voices and participation of both current and future residents are not only valued but essential," said the spokesperson. "Sundale Palmwoods and the Hilltop Events Centre stands as a testament to this philosophy, providing a welcoming space for communal activities, gatherings, and celebrations that reflect the evolving needs and aspirations of our community.

"Sundale's enviable land banks, paired with a disciplined planning approach, reinforces our vision for integrated continuum of care service offerings, ensuring a customer-centric approach that meets the needs of both current and future customers, as we work towards delivering our 2025-2030 Strategy in conjunction with our dedicated Board."
