Halcyon Illyarrie in Sinagra is the first Stockland Halcyon land lease community in Perth’s northern corridor and follows the successful launch of Halcyon Wildflower in Piara Waters, 20km south-southeast of Perth's CBD, last August.
Stockland Halcyon Project Director, Andrew Wallis, said such strong community interest in the first release, with prices starting from $635,000, shows the appeal of land lease communities in WA.
“Once complete (153 homes), homeowners in our community can enjoy resort-style amenities, on-site management, and a strong sense of community – all while benefiting from a low maintenance, lock and leave lifestyle,” he stated.
Buyers Aileen and Gary Sharp said deciding to purchase at Halcyon Illyarrie was an easy choice.

A third Stockland Halcyon community was approved in Vasse in the City of Busselton in March.
