Lifeview to create a $50M LGBTI inner Melbourne village and care development

Private care operator Lifeview recently secured a 2,662sqm site Prahran site for $20M and has started working with local architects CHT on a high end retirement village apartment development and aged care facility. They value the development at $50M.

It will specifically cater to the LGBTI community. The ground floor will also offer retail space adjacent to the Prahran Railway Station

Respect enters QLD with acquisition of seven BlueCare aged care homes and four co-located retirement villages

The Not For Profit, which specialises in acquiring rural and regional care home, announced this morning it will take ownership of several sites from the health and community arm of UnitingCare Queensland.
