Eleventh Ryman village in VIC planned for upmarket Bayside

Ryman Healthcare is planning to build a new $180 million retirement village at Highett, 15km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD. 
The 1.2-hectare Graham Road site is close to Highett train station and Southland Shopping Centre. 
The village will be and is in a popular Bayside location.
Ryman opened its first village at Wheelers Hill in Melbourne in 2014 and now has more than 650 residents in Victoria.
