Cushman & Wakefield launch new Alternatives platform for retirement investment

David Curtis (Capital Markets) and David Bruce-Clarke (Valuations) have been appointed Co-Heads of Alternatives for Australia and New Zealand by the global commercial real estate services operator.

Noral Wild, Cushman & Wakefield's International Director, Head of Alternatives – APAC (Asia Pacific), was appointed CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Australia & New Zealand effective 1 April, and will oversee a team of 1,750 employees across 17 offices.

She gave an insightful speech on alternative investment in Australia at LEADERS SUMMIT 2024 and was part of a Westpac luncheon in Melbourne in December last year.

David Curtis and David Bruce-Clarke will jointly head a team of over 21 operatives to present an Alternative market offering for clients.

Their expertise spans various sectors including Healthcare, Seniors Living, Build to Rent, and Renewables,” said Cushman & Wakefield.
