The aged and home care software provider has announced the appointment of a new Executive Chairman.
Michael Donnelly spent almost 11 years at Telstra Health, most recently as Head of Aged & Disability, and previously Head of Clients & Growth. He established and grew the company’s aged and disability care software business to support more than 60,000 residential aged care beds Australia-wide.
Michael, who left Telstra Health in April this year, said, “hayylo is uniquely approaching communication in a way that drives real value.
"With Support at Home about to be enacted, I can see why there’s even stronger provider interest in hayylo. We are committed to keep investing to support this growth.”
With Michael on board, the company said it hopes to "unlock the next wave of growth".
hayylo, which was founded in 2014 by Greg Satur (pictured right) and Simon Heaysman, streamlines inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, reducing operational effort, unlocking new revenue opportunities and improving client experiences.
Last year, hayylo signed a major partnership deal with Baptistcare, now Australia’s third-largest integrated care and services provider, with plans to expand across all its services.
