Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the dayto-
day management of this 5 star lifestyle resort facility, building strong
relationships with staff and residents alike.
With 79 luxury apartments due for completion in November 2007 and
a discerning client base, you will be involved in the resort from the outset.
Your role will also encompass sales and marketing, operations management,
leadership of staff and strategic management.
To be successful you must have a track record in a management role in
hospitality or village management within a high-end resort, hotel or retirement
facility. With strong financial skills, you have a clear commercial and customer
focus and first-rate people skills. Paramount to this role is your ability to exceed
clients’ expectations every time and to deliver the lifestyle experience that
Waterbrook embodies.
