Sydney law firm Levitt Robinson is advertising on talkback radio (2GB and 3AW) seeking past Aveo clients and their families to join their class action against the country’s second largest retirement village operator.
They mention potential rewards of between $50,000 and $300,000 per client. The core claim is based on Aveo transitioning freehold village homes to leasehold and the departing client not receiving the benefit of the full value of a freehold unit. (See previous coverage HERE).
The class action next appears in court in March but is expected to run through 2018.
