McCrindle Research Identifies Six Village Sub Markets

Mark McCrindle this week debriefed the 13 operators that contributed to the Village Communities Report, an analysis of the attitudes and motivating influences of the 65-75 year old Builders Generation. The $155,000 research study found, amongst many new insights, that ‘resort’ and ‘lifestyle’ offerings have little value in this market plus there are six clear and identifiable sub cohorts that each have different triggers that work in ads and sales presentations. McCrindle has created identikit toolkits to guide the development of marketing material and salespeople in their management of potential residents.
