NSW: Facility contract awarded to RSL LifeCare

NSW Health has awarded the contract for Queen Victoria Memorial Home in Picton to RSL LifeCare. The contract for the transfer of the facility had initially been awarded to Moran Australia (Residential Aged Care) Pty Ltd, subject to contract arrangements but the tender process was not formalised and RSL LIfeCare was awarded the contract which includes plans to expand the existing facilities.

Eager retirees offer cash so they don’t miss out at Calvary retirement living event

Around 80 prospective residents last Friday attended Calvary Health Care’s inaugural Transition into Retirement Living Education Session at Ryde Calvary, Sydney. It led to some residents trying unsuccessfully to hand over $1000 in cash to reserve a unit. Occupancy is now 98%.
