NSW: Roche Group apply for Harrington seniors housing extension

Developers, The Roche Group has applied to Greater Taree City Council for an extension to enable the construction of seniors housing on their land at 823 Harrington Drive, Harrington. The group originally purchased the 1.5 hectare parcel of land from council to develop an aged housing facility on the site.
