Aveo continues to invest in its ‘Freedom’ village transformations: $11 million at Redland Bay (QLD)

The group launched the new stage of the Freedom Aged Care community (an hour south of Brisbane) at an event last week.

New facilities will include a gym, day spa, media room, ‘memory node’, consultation rooms for visiting health professionals and a dog park.

The development features 38 one- and two-bedroom villas, and once complete it will almost double the accommodation and lifestyle amenities within the village community. Aveo will offer respite services for older people in the community requiring short term care.

Prices for the newly finished villas start from $380,000.
