After four years of concept development Queenslands Blue Care has awarded the $80M construction contract for Azure Blue Carina project. Valued at $80M, it has achieved 80% presales. It will also feature a 128 resident aged care facility. Initial research led Blue Care, due to concern about the aged care image focus of the group to create the Azure Blue brand. (A $500M Not For Profit operation, Blue Care is Queenslands most recognised brand, with 10,000 staff and volunteers serving 46,000 clients daily). They have four more Azure Blue developments planned.
