Royal Freemasons appoints industry veteran as new CEO

Royal Freemasons has appointed a new CEO, with John Fogarty taking over from Kerri Rivett.

John (below), who has served in the health, aged care and community care sectors for more than 30 years and has provided consulting to health and aged care organisations for four years, says he plans to work with staff to build on services and standards as the Not For Profit navigates the current aged care
environment.

“I am extremely excited to be joining the organisation at this pivotal time. I am keen to build on the strong legacy of this 155-year-old organisation to grow, innovate and deliver high quality services that provide positive outcomes to consumers.

“It is an absolute privilege to support fellow Victorians who, after a lifetime of valuable contributions to communities right across the state, now require exceptional care that they are more than entitled to,” he said.

Outgoing CEO Kerri Rivett has been named to the inaugural Board of the new industry peak, Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA).
