Local property investor and developer Lester Group is kickstarting an LLC growth strategy with approval to build the 8.3ha community – called Edenlife Australind – at its Kingston residential estate – 12km northeast of Bunbury.

Lester Group director Russell Lester says Edenlife will be affordable resort style living and is just one of a number of communities that will be developed under the brand in prime locations around the metro and regional centres of WA.

The new operator will be headed up by inaugural CEO William Marshall, who has over 20 years’ of experience in the retirement sector including a six-year stint as CEO of SwanCare and five years as Group General Manager of Operations at National Lifestyle Villages.

The Australind community is expected to start construction early next year with the first residents due to move in late 2019.
