The Weekly SOURCE wrote last Monday that only formal approval was now needed for the latest land lease community by the West Australian operator founded in 2020.

The State Government’s Metropolitan Outer Development Assessment Panel last Thursday approved the $300 million 360-home Oceanside Lifestyle Resort.

The site will include a country club, four pickleball courts, a cinema, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an indoor bowing alley, a gym, wellness caverns, bars, a hobby shed, caravan and boat parking and a bowling green.

Providence Lifestyle Group Managing Director John Wood said construction of the gated community, the operator’s sixth and largest lifestyle resort development in WA to date, would further invigorate Two Rocks.

“With strong projected population growth, rapidly rising property prices and the state-of-the-art Two Rocks Village shopping and dining hub on the way, Two Rocks is on the move – but retains that holiday feel, making it an idyllic downsizing destination,” he said.

Oceanside Lifestyle Resort, which will be built on a 150,000msq site, will feature an array of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with solar panels and battery storage, with a two-storey Oceanside Lifestyle Resort Country Club to become a centrepoint of the development.
