RAAFA WA buys fully occupied Alexandra Village in Perth's south

The Not For Profit provider of retirement living, in-home care and residential aged care has added the village's 35 over-55s, occupied two- and three-bedroom independent living homes to its portfolio.

Alexandra Village, which was constructed in two stages, with stage 1 completed in 2009 and stage 2 completed in 2012, has been managed by Village Solutions Australia on behalf of its board. Built for ageing in place, the homes have no internal steps, and all doorways and hallways are wider than standard. All villas are fitted with emergency call system equipment.

The Weekly SOURCE reported the village had been put on the market in March last year through Derek Barlow, Director, Capital Markets at CBRE, who was the exclusive selling agent.

"Complementing and extending RAAFA’s existing retirement living services, we are pleased to grow our community and welcome them to the RAAFA family," said RAAFA WA on its LinkedIn page.
