Growthbuilt has been appointed to deliver the second multi-storey residential building, comprising 83 two and three-bedroom apartments, at the award-winning community, 33km northwest of Sydney's CBD.
The $75 million first stage of Bella Vista Haven, called ‘Waratah’, opened to the public in late 2018, comprising of 64 one-, two- and three-bedroom independent living units set over nine levels priced from $495,000 to $2.295 million. It is sold out.
As part of this next stage, Aveo is also bringing forward the construction of a multi-lane indoor pool complex.
