AVID Property Group unveils plans for new Vantage land lease community in NSW

AVID Property Group has revealed its vision for the former Stockland master planned community project at Huntley, 18km from Wollongong, which it acquired in May. The site – now named Forest Reach – will deliver 530 residential land lots, 108 townhomes, and a proposed 236-home Vantage land lease community, AVID CEO Cameron Holt announced this morning.

Retirement village operator Keyton has been selected to redevelop Cronulla RSL’s prized oceanfront site and car park, opposite the beach, 30km south of Sydney’s CBD. The club, which posted a $1.5 million profit in 2024 ($1.8 million in 2023), called for expressions of interest in October 2023 to secure its long-term future amid declining gambling revenue and growing food and beverage competition.
