Keyton to fund residents’ “positive outcomes” in unique initiative

1 min read

Keyton CEO Nathan Cockerill (pictured) has backed up his words championing wellbeing in his villages with the announcement of a Resident Activity Program.

Through the program, Keyton residents can apply for funding up to $1500 to create or pursue a new program or initiative that has positive outcomes for their village or resort.

"We believe residents should have access to resources that support wellbeing and encourage connection, so we are dedicating funds to help residents to propose activities and programs that they would like to have in their village or resort,” said Tamara Rasmussen (pictured above), Keyton's Head of Resident Operations.

The Resident Activity Program will support proposals that:

• Assist with the start-up or ongoing support of resident group activities or programs,

• Connect and strengthen groups within the village or resort,

• Educate or up-skill residents, and

• Support resident led wellbeing or sustainability initiatives.

“The Keyton Resident Activity Program provides an opportunity for residents to apply for funding to pursue a new or existing program, activity or initiative in the village or resort,” said Amanda Uhlmann and Annabel Bone, Keyton's resident engagement project managers.

Keyton, which has backed its wellbeing branding with a Pickleball Australia sponsorship, said the program is open to residents in its 75 villages and resorts. The successful resident proposals will be notified in May this year.
