A boutique development across just 3 stories and features 29 apartments plus communal facilities, the Pagewood development is being supported in its sales by seniors concierge service, Chanje Partners. Price escalations of 20%+ to normal strata sales are being quoted.

Platino Properties launched its first strata based CAPs in direct competition to retirement villages with the Jardin at Frenchs Forest, 13km north of Sydney’s CBD, in 2019. It is also building The Bellevue in Greenwich, 7km northwest of Sydney’s CBD.

Today TV show host Steve Liebmann (left), who lives at one of Platino Properties’ residential apartment developments on the Lower North Shore, acts as an ambassador for George Revay’s latest CAPs.
