Five fact sheets have been developed by the Retirement Living Council for operators to provide to potential residents (and others, such as the media).

Each week we will review one fact sheet to make you aware of what is available.

The Retirement Village Contract and Finance Model is a two page fact sheet that explains retirement village tenure, ingoing fees, ongoing fees, except payment, capital gains and security of tenure. You can download a PDF of the fact sheets HERE.
