David Bruce joined the RVA this month as Operations Manager and Regional Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, a role that will enable him to combine his extensive experience gained in previous positions.

Mr Bruce came to the RVA after an extensive career in local government, community services and consulting. He has a significant background in management, local government policy (including rates and capital projects), facility management, contract management and economics/planning research.
Most recently, David was General Manager of Communities and Research at MacroPlan Australia.
Former RVA Operations Manager Glen Dillon will remain with the RVA in the role of Manger Advocacy and Membership Services.
RVA CEO Andrew Giles said Mr Bruce brought significant management, policy and research-based experience to the RVA team.
