AVID strikes embedded electrical network deal with Prospecta for its Vantage land lease communities

In a landmark move for the retirement living sector, the residential developer has partnered with the Puljich family’s Prospecta Utilities to deliver embedded electrical networks across its expanding portfolio of land lease communities.

Prospecta Utilities, which is providing an embedded eletrical network at GemLife Gold Coast, sealed the deal after giving Vantage residents energy saving information sessions and detailing their proposal.

AVID Property Group's General Manager Land Lease Communities Manuel Lang said the new management of the electrical network demonstrated the same ethos as all of Vantage’s operations, with a central focus on ensuring homeowner satisfaction is at the crux of every aspect of the masterplanned communities.

“Making sure our residents feel at home is the most foundational aspect of our operations – our choice to partner with Prospecta was backed by the knowledge that its innovative technology will help our residents seamlessly remain connected thanks to its efficient, compliant and innovative billing and electrical network management,” Manuel said.

“Feedback on the new system has been overwhelmingly positive, with residents commending the new personalised service that allows them to be able to speak to a helpful staff member over the phone at any time."

As well as a new streamlined approach to network billing and the embedded electrical networks, Prospecta Utilities has also upgraded all the Wi-Fi systems in Vantage Clubhouses in Queensland.

“Our commitment to personalising our customer experience at every stage of life in a Vantage community underpins all that we do, and our choice to implement an embedded electricity network was no different – it was essential that our new management would be easily adopted by every one of our residents,” Manuel added.
