Catholic Healthcare appoint Steven Rubic to Board of Directors

The former Chief Executive of Healthscope, I-MED Radiology Network, St Vincent’s & Mater Health Sydney and St Vincent's Private Hospital has been appointed to the board of the leading faith-based retirement living and aged care operator.

Steven is a non-executive director currently sitting on the Boards of the Pacific Smiles Group, the InvoCare Group, the Mater Group of Hospitals in Queensland, and Mercy Partners.

He was previously the Board Chair of Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College, and a Board Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, the Macquarie University Council and St Joseph’s Village.

Catholic Healthcare operates 42 residential aged care homes, 13 retirement villages, and provides services to around 4,000 people in the community.
