The CEO of the ASX-listed company has accepted a senior leadership role with one of Australia's largest aged care providers and will step down in October 2025.

Founded in 2016, InteliCare has commercialised a predictive analytics hardware and software system for use in the aged care and health industries.

Daniel (pictured above) said, "I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved together - from refining our strategy, re-engaging our customers, and securing a growing base of established and potential deployments."

Daniel, who originally trained as a physio, was formerly Chief Strategy Officer with Australia's largest aged care provider, Opal HealthCare, and spent three years with AMP Capital in their Social Care division.

The Board has begun the recruitment process to replace Daniel. In the mean time,Tim Chapman (pictured right), current Non-Executive Director, has been appointed Interim Executive Director. Tim will work with co-founder of InteliCare and Chief Technology Officer, Mike Tappenden, as the Company's executive, supported by Chair Neale Fong, until a new CEO is appointed.

Neale said, "Daniel has played an instrumental role in repositioning InteliCare and establishing a clear, credible growth pathway. We thank him for his service and are pleased that he will remain closely connected to the Company's ongoing evolution."

Daniel will continue to support InteliCare in an advisory capacity during the leadership transition, the company said in a statement.

InteliCare raised $2 million in a share placement last year with the aim of expanding its footprint in the aged, disability and health care sectors. Last week it announced it had raised $1 million to scale up deployments of its platform and pursue new contracts.

Last week, we reported that InteliCare had begun a three-month trial of its care platform at mecwacare's aged care home in Prahran, central Melbourne.
