Tony Randello, President of the Retirement Living Council (RLC), says increased membership and sector research explains the record attendance this Thursday on the Gold Coast.
“This should not come as a surprise. Membership has never been stronger or more engaged and the new research released and being released by the RLC demonstrates that retirement living has the strongest track record and future of all the living sectors in Australia,” Tony said.
Executive Director Daniel Gannon said the event was sold out in record time.
“Almost 700 people will descend upon the Gold Coast this week to connect, learn and celebrate all things retirement living,” Daniel said.
“This increased demand demonstrates strong momentum building across the sector, coinciding with important research and thought leadership released by the Retirement Living Council this year.
“Retirement and seniors’ living is our core business and at the centre of everything we do, including our conference program, panel discussions, keynotes and awards gala ball.”
DCM Institute Executive Director James Wiltshire will be on a panel chaired by Tamara Rassmussen, Head of Retirement Operations at Keyton, at the National Retirement Living Summit, which starts on Wednesday, 26 June.
