Serenitas launches another Thyme land lease community
The laidback town of Forster, located between Wallis Lake and the Pacific Ocean, is proving to be a mecca for seniors housing.
Thyme Lifestyle Resort Forster, part of Serenitas, will join Evermore Retirement Living, Hampshire Villages' Lakeside Forster Village, Levande Golden Ponds, Palm Lakes Resort Forster Lakes and Solaris Living Forster in tbe town.
The proposed land lease community is the latest addition to the growing Thyme Lifestyle Resorts portfolio, which earlier this month launched its first community in Victoria.
Over the past 18 months, Serenitas has launched six communities nationally, reflecting the strong momentum across the business.
Thyme Forster will feature over 160 homes, along with an array of resort-style amenities.
The Thyme Forster website is now live, and the on-site Sales Office will be opening soon, with the first sales release planned in the coming months.
