Solaris Retirement Living is now selling off-the-plan apartments in its third 10-storey tower planned for Forster on the NSW Mid-North Coast.
50 of the 60 retirement living two and three-bedroom apartments, in the second vertical tower, are already under offer.
The first vertical tower – which is for residential use, with retail and a library at ground floor level – has also sold out off the plan.
Solaris Retirement Living, which is operated by Evermore Retirement Living, will operate the towers.
“Nearly all the apartments have water views of either Wallis Lake or the Pacific Ocean. Each two and three-bedroom apartment has an ensuite and there is parking,” Evermore Retirement Living Sales Manager Richard Weedon said.
Construction will be in stages with the first retirement living residents moving in at the end of next year.
